Cassia Foods has a business philosophy of merging nutrition science with tasty foods. The food products we manufacture under our label or develop OEM for industry customers must fulfill both specific nutritional requirements as well as gastronomic expectations. We have a very strong focus on medically functional food products. We have qualified engineers and medical personnel on our executive management team and we also involve external food technological consultants for our R and D. The factory facilities we work in utilize modern automation process lines and observes universal GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). We also have Halal certified capabilities for our Muslim consumers. 1.3.1 Business to Consumer We manufacture healthy and nutritious Asian products under our own in-house brand. All our products are subject to rigorous laboratory tests to ensure adherence to specified nutritional make-up. We make it a point to ensure that our products do not contain artificial flavors or preservatives. 1.3.2 Business to Business Develop customized recipes for establishments and supply premixed ingredients. Manufacture finished products for businesses (i.e. supermarkets) according to specifications. Using technologically advanced extracts from natural grains, cereals, beans, herbs, spices and the latest in innovative food processing techniques to achieve the desired textural and taste effects in food products that have specific nutritional specifications.
